Manager Leasing

We’re searching for an ambitious, high-energy talent to join HTCE Site Management as our next Manager Leasing.

As HTCE Site Management we are responsible for the day-to-day management of High Tech Campus Eindhoven (HTCE). Comprising 30 professionals, our team handles various aspects of the Campus, such as business development, marketing, finance and operations, with great support of our preferred suppliers on site.

HTCE is not a typical business campus. It’s Europe’s premier ecosystem built on open innovation, in an environment in which knowledge, skills and R&D facilities are shared in order to innovate faster, better and more customer oriented. At HTCE Site Management, we act as a driving force to further expand the existing ecosystem.

The Campus' international community shares a common goal to develop new technologies and applications that help solve social problems and challenges and to successfully bring them to the market. This combination of technology and business is central to the many collaborations between the 290+ companies and their employees at the Campus: “Turning Technology into Business.”

About this position:

• You will be responsible for leasing the Campus’ spaces, such as office space, labs and cleanrooms.
• You will serve as a commercial account manager for the residents.
• You will seamlessly integrate new companies into the Campus ecosystem.
• You will help companies and knowledge institutions on Campus grow.
• You will be part of the Business Development Team (5 persons) and work closely with the rest of the HTCE Site Management team.

Your profile:

• HBO+/WO working and thinking level
• Preferably relevant work experience and affinity with the high tech sector
• You enjoy making connections and building and expanding networks
• You are an energetic and enthusiastic person
• You are available to work 40 hours/week (full-time)
• You have thorough knowledge of MS Office and other automated systems
• You have good communication skills, both in Dutch and English
