About the workshop:

The workshop will help you identify your X factor and how to translate it into messaging and words to multiply and amplify the impact of your strengths to the point that they become your personal brand.

About Onintza:

Onintza Otamendi Iza is Global Director for Industrial Applications at TE Connectivity, a Fe+male Tech Hero Partner. Onintza heads up TE Connectivity’s Women in Networking (WIN) employee resource group in EMEA. She is also a Senior Sales Manager working in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. She’s spent more than 10 years recruiting and leading competitive technical sales teams in different countries and regions within Europe. She holds an Experiential MBA from La Salle in Barcelona and an Executive Course on Digital Business Strategy from MIT in Boston. She’s also an accredited expert in personal and professional executive coaching.
