This interactive workshop, led by Resiliency Coach, Corporate Wellness Strategist and Founder of Measurable Wellness, Evelyn Pacitti, is designed to help you identify the core elements needed to shift from overwhelming daily grind to energetic operational flow. Using simple frameworks and targeted questions, you will explore your friction points, your unique elements of ease and “non-techie” ways to start building your own serenity systems. Bring your full self and a sprinkle of childlike wonder to this interactive session as we explore what's possible.
