High Tech Campus Eindhoven (HTCE) One of the leading Tech hotspots in Europe is located in the middle of the High Tech region of Eindhoven. The High Tech Campus is a vibrant environment where 12,500 entrepreneurs, innovators and tech enthusiasts work on the latest technologies every day. This is the breeding ground for the technologies of the future! The spacious and green site contains research facilities such as laboratories and cleanrooms, surrounded by offices, innovation hubs, restaurants and other facilities. Approximately 300 companies are gathered on the Campus, ranging from start-up companies to large multinationals. What are we aiming for?
As High Tech Campus Eindhoven (HTCE), we have the ambition to become a prime hotspot for AI & Spatial Computing companies over the next few years. We are seeking an energetic, creative, and tech-savvy Community & Events Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the glue of our communities, connecting the dots between innovators, entrepreneurs, and tech enthusiasts across both our emerging tech hubs. These are the AI Innovation Center, our hub dedicated to AI and data and the 3EALITY hub, our hub for Spatial Computing/ Extended Reality (XR) and digital technologies.

Your role is to create vibrant communities and fun plus insightful events that drive engagement, collaboration and growth for our emerging tech ecosystem.
How do you contribute?

Occasionally you are part of/ lead internal projects in close coordination with your direct colleagues from other departments.
Your background
You have passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in AI, data, spatial computing/ XR, and digital technologies (you don’t have to be a specialist).
Proven experience in community management, event planning, or a similar role, ideally within a tech-focused environment.
Having a bachelor's degree (HBO level or equivalent) can be beneficial.
You are willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, to accommodate events and community needs.
You love to connect with people and have the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
You have a creative mindset with a knack for organizing engaging, high-energy events.
You enjoy jiggling several balls and manage projects simultaneously, making use of your organizational and time-management skills.
You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to change.
You are comfortable with doing things wrong, adjusting and then finding the right way.

The role of Community & Events Manager is part of the Ecosystem Management department and reports to the Innovation Manager. The Ecosystem Management team is committed to the further growth of the HTCE ecosystem and providing additional value to the current population of 300 companies. You’ll work closely together with a complementary, experienced and motivated group of people.
